We recognise that the construction industry is changing at a rapid pace and we continually strive to be at the forefront. Today, projects are increasing in size and complexity; buildings are becoming greener and more technologically advanced. Because of this change, what happens before and after construction, now affects project outcomes just as much as what happens during construction. This is why we developed a full suite of construction and building services, to help our clients meet the growing demands of projects while minimising their risk.
BIM
We use Autodesk Revit to develop our construction strategies and to convey design intent to our construction teams. Developing a building in a three dimensional environment allows us to maintain a high level of design quality. The BIM model also allows us to produce comprehensive component schedules and quantities that permits the development of an accurate Bill of Quantities and ultimately, improve cost control. With a developed BIM model stored centrally on our cloud based collaborative environment, we are able to work seamlessly with our sub-consultants ensuring that the finished proposal is fully co-ordinated in terms of structure, servicing and accommodation.
Sustainable Builds
We understand that the success of projects striving for energy conservation targets and high performance building standards such as PassivHaus certification, BREEAM Excellent, Rammed Earth techniques and all Modern Methods of Construction depends on a collaborative workforce committed to greater dialogue, interaction and teamwork.
Design & Build
We are pleased to offer a complete design and build service for your next construction project. Utilising either our own in-house Design Department or working with one of our external partners, we are able to provide a full design and construct service covering all construction sectors.

Working with our Clients and professional teams we are happy to provide an initial overview of schemes, providing input on programme times, build-ability issues, cost plans and best value design.
