This is building four of the Portland Green student accommodation development and comprises of a seven storey block of 338 beds. The building includes three retail units to the ground floor with cycle storage, refuse stores, plant room, car parking highway works and landscaping. As with all of our student accommodation projects, Rosedale Court required a BREEAM “Very Good” rating and was in compliance with the “Secured by Design” accreditation.
The building was constructed on a brown-field site, re-mediated by Metnor Construction using a structural steel frame built on piled foundations with a mixture of brick and render external envelope.
