The proposed development will provide a new high quality facility for the delivery of medical services within the local community including;
- Ground floor accommodation for a theatre suite theatres, first and second stage recovery, a diagnostics suite including a static MRI, CT, X-ray and mammography, outpatients suite, physiotherapy suite, main reception including patient waiting and toilet facilities, and staff and administration spaces.
- The first floor includes a Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) along with plant / services space for the development including CSSD and associated lifts and lift lobbies to both floors.
- Externally the scheme consists of associated car parking / accessible spaces and secure external waste stores, together with associated external works and infrastructure.
