Total Regeneration has an excellent reputation for the delivery of construction projects in the education sector. Ranging from major University and College new build projects to school refurbishments; we promise to deliver excellence on budget and on time. In the last 2 years we have created over 1000s of places in school and college making a significant improvement to the built environment for teachers and learners in the education sector.

Our schemes have encompassed traditional forms of contract, design and build, new build, and refurbishment projects procured in a variety of ways, including competitive tendering and framework appointments. We are always conscious of the requirements of the end user and sympathetic to the needs of an establishment which has to continue to function whilst building work continues on site.

• Effective handover procedures, including the implementation of BISRIA Soft Landings, with user training and a responsive and supportive customer care team.
